The text of the Gospels is largely drawn from the Vulgate, although it also includes several passages drawn from the earlier versions of the Bible known as the Vetus Latina. november 06 2009. day trip to milwaukee with jpd. we found beer, food, and balloons. if you go, the Lakefront Brewery was a good time. $6 gets you a tour, four really tasty beers, a walk by the river, and some confusing antics with a Marquette event… Oh, and a free pint glass! (not to mention warm memories that will last a lifetime. aawwww. ….)
